The idea of this film network is for regional filmmakers and creatives in Western Australia to have a group to call upon to network, connect, create, collaborate, and communicate with on film projects.

What is this group about?

This group is for you whether you are a filmmaker, actor, writer, makeup artist, stills photographer, sound and lighting technician, editor, cinematographer, director or producers.

Members can share your films, ask for help, call out for crew and collaborate through this group.

Mark Regan created the network in 2021 and wishes for the film network to grow throughout the regions of Western Australia.

Mark found that living regional from Perth, the way to connect and network with other creatives became a bit of a hindrance. So, he decided to create a regional film network to tap into all the talented creatives living in regional Western Australia. So, he created a Facebook page and members started joining.

The idea is for members to connect with each other to collaborate and support each other.

The group will aim to host 3 networking events throughout the year in Mandurah with possibility of extending to the regions into the future.

Mark aspires for the group to collaborate on a film project together. A film that highlights the talents of its members and the locations of Mandurah and the regions of Western Australia.
